Structural Bodywork and Massage has profoundly impacted my life, and I’m passionate about providing the same opportunity for my clients. After graduating from the Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in 2022, I started my own practice servicing the Greater Richmond area. Throughout my career, my appreciation for biomechanics, posture, and pain-free movement has deepened, leading me to expand my expertise and enroll in the Structural Integration at Anatomy Trains program in 2024. I am projected to complete the program in late 2027.
In my work, I use an integrated approach, drawing from a wide range of techniques, modalities, and therapeutic approaches, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, cupping, stretching, and structural integration.
